Kanchana Rajakaruna
Managing Director – Kanchana Rajakaruna is the Managing Director of Child Protection Force, overseeing operations, survivor care, and team coordination across all projects. With a background in legal and administrative management, she ensures the smooth delivery of CPF’s shelter, legal, and psychosocial services.
Pramodi Weerakoon
Legal Officer – Pramodi Weerakoon is the Legal Officer at Child Protection Force, handling case documentation, legal filings, and coordination with counsel. She plays a key role in ensuring timely legal support for child and women survivors within the justice system.
Amra Anwer
Consultant Psychologist – Amra Anwer is a Consultant Psychologist for Child Protection Force, providing expert guidance on psychological assessments, therapeutic approaches, and trauma-informed care. Though based overseas, she plays an ongoing advisory role in shaping CPF’s mental health support services and mentoring our in-house team.
Nimmi Udumalagala Dissanayake
Consultant Psycho-Therapist – Nimmi Dissanayake is a Consultant Psychotherapist at Child Protection Force, supporting both survivors and staff through trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
Shenaya Samaranayake
Psychology Intern – Shenaya Samaranayake is a Psychology Intern at Child Protection Force, supporting individual and group therapy sessions under the supervision of senior consultants. She contributes to survivor care, mental health assessments, and daily psychosocial activities at Safe House Meththa.
Saubagya Sewwandi
Centre Manager, Safe House Meththa – Saubagya Sewwandi is the Centre Manager of Safe House Meththa, responsible for the daily operations, safety, and wellbeing of all residents. She works closely with the legal and psychological teams to support survivor healing and reintegration in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
